WhatsApp money service, live in Nigeria and Cameroon. Sole engineer. Design and operate the full production environment on AWS: ECS Fargate services separated per market, a dedicated ECS worker, RDS, and CloudWatch alarms, with all infrastructure managed in Terraform. Observability across Sentry, Axiom and CloudWatch. Automated CI/CD via GitHub Actions for staging with tag-based controlled releases to production.

Built the payment integration layer across five Nigerian rails (Paystack, Flutterwave, Monnify, 9PSB and Rubies) for a WhatsApp-native banking platform, architected so a single provider outage never stops a transfer. Delivered application services on GCP Cloud Functions integrated with the WhatsApp Cloud API for conversational banking flows. Two-person founding team. 10,000+ users and ₦3B+ processed in production.

Worked on the infrastructure for a transport and hospitality platform. Deployed and configured RabbitMQ inside a production Kubernetes cluster on AWS EKS running 10+ microservices, built reusable GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows adopted across services, wrote and modified Terraform across VPC, EKS, RDS and IAM, configured Nginx, debugged cluster and workload issues, and deployed through ArgoCD.

End-to-end ownership across multiple production clients. Designed and operated AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3), deployment pipelines, monitoring, and the application layer (Django, FastAPI, PostgreSQL).

Sole backend lead and architect for Activity Rewards, a gamified fitness mobile app. Designed the API, database, real-time leaderboard via WebSockets, async jobs with Celery, and end-to-end AWS deployment. Stack: Python, Django, Celery, WebSockets, AWS.

Two contracts: built and deployed a mentor-mentee platform. Backend services, database design, AWS deployment, and production operations. Python, Django.

Co-founded a social-feed-driven food delivery platform. Sole owner of infrastructure and backend for three years, as the only engineer on either: provisioned and operated the full AWS environment, managed Linux hosts and Nginx, DNS and TLS, database backups, and cloud cost on a founder budget. Ran every deployment and every production incident as the only person on call. Architected the social graph and feed ranking, real-time order dispatch and multi-stakeholder marketplace logic. 4,000+ users. Acquired November 2025.
