Think TikTok meets Uber Eats: food videos, likes, comments and restaurant pages drove discovery; tap a dish you want, place the order, drivers deliver in real time. I co-founded and led backend: the social graph and feed ranking, order routing, payment splits, dispatch, and the operational tooling that kept the marketplace running. Three hard problems in one product: content, marketplace, logistics. Successfully acquired.
